    Order Cancellation

    Changed your mind about that cutting-edge gadget? We understand—tech evolves rapidly. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our extended processing phase (typically within 48 hours of purchase). To cancel, contact us at [email protected]. Once processing begins (after 48 hours), cancellations are not possible due to our specialized fulfillment system, but our generous return window gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We stand behind our tech. If any product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 21 days of delivery—giving you extra time to thoroughly test hardware and software compatibility. Exchanges are available for identical products with technical issues, or for different models of equal value from our current inventory.


    Return Conditions

    All returned tech products must be in original condition with all components, packaging, and protective films intact. Devices must be factory reset with all personal data removed. Opened software licenses and used consumables (like thermal paste) cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, wearable tech must have all protective coverings in place and show no signs of use.


    Exchange Conditions

    Exchanges require the returned item to meet all above conditions. For defective items, we'll ship the replacement within 7-10 business days after receiving and testing your return. For model upgrades/downgrades, you'll need to place a new order after your refund processes. Technical verification may add 2-3 business days to the exchange timeline to ensure proper diagnostics.


    Shipping Fees

    A $15 return shipping fee applies for non-defective items, covering our specialized tech inspection process. This fee is waived for verified manufacturer defects or shipping errors. For exchanges, we cover one-way shipping—you'll pay return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error. High-value items (over $500) require insured return shipping at customer expense.


    Refunds

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14-21 business days of receiving your return. This extended period allows our tech specialists to conduct thorough diagnostics and data wiping procedures. You'll receive email confirmation with test results when your refund processes. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


    Note:

    Custom-configured systems and B-stock items are final sale. Software licenses are non-refundable after activation. For products with bundled services (like cloud subscriptions), only the hardware portion is refundable. Limited-edition components may only be exchanged if identical replacements are available in our inventory.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund hasn't posted after 21 business days: (1) Check with your payment provider about pending transactions (some banks take 3-5 additional days to process). (2) Verify you've received our refund confirmation email. (3) If unresolved, email [email protected] with your RMA number—our tech support team will trace the transaction and resolve within 3 business days. We document all refunds with blockchain verification for transparency.
